The largest container ship " MSC Mariella " to come a container terminal in Sri Lanka arrives at the Colombo Port

The MSC Mariella, a large container vessel, recently arrived at the East Container Terminal in Colombo, Sri Lanka, marking its largest container vessel call. The vessel is scheduled to depart Singapore on May 2, 2025, and arrive in Ningbo, China, on May 8, 2025.The Sri Lanka Ports Authority stated that this ship can be described as the largest container ship to visit a container terminal in Sri Lanka. 

The MSC MARIELLA container ship, built in 2023, is reported to have a length of 399.90 meters. The ship's width is also 61.30 meters.
